Every child deserves the chance to shine, play and participate. In partnership with Children’s Therapy Collective, the Inclusive Gymnastics program at Prairie Reign Gymnastics is thoughtfully designed for children with diverse abilities and unique needs, offering an inclusive and joyful space to explore movement, build coordination and grow—at their own pace.
With real-time onsite support by an occupational therapist and physiotherapist, this program is led by an experienced gymnastics coach trained in adaptive and inclusive practices, creating a team approach to your child’s development.
Whether your child is working on motor coordination, sensory processing, social interaction or just wants to have fun and move their body, our Inclusive Gymnastics program meets them where they are—and celebrates every achievement along the way.
Let your child experience the joy of movement in a space where every ability is celebrated.
Join Christine Chisholm, Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Infant Massage Instructor, for a calming and connection-focused class designed for parents and caregivers with their infants.
In this gentle, low-stress environment, you’ll be introduced to soothing massage techniques that can help ease common infant discomforts such as gas, colic, and teething, while deepening the bond between you and your baby.
This class is a space for connection — not just with your little one, but with other parents and caregivers who are navigating similar early days. Whether you’re new to infant massage or looking to reinforce routines that support your baby’s well-being, you’ll leave with practical tools and a greater sense of confidence and calm.
No prior experience needed- just come as you are with your little one (under 1 year old).
Core Connections 1 (ages 8–11) and Core Connections 2 (ages 12–15) are fun, 6-week movement-based programs designed for neurodiverse kids and youth who enjoy being active and connecting with others in a small, supportive group.
Held on Saturdays from September 27 to November 1, each 45-minute session blends playful movement with a consistent and welcoming routine that helps participants feel confident and included.
Each week, we explore activities that build strength, body awareness, balance, and coordination—through games, yoga, dance, and creative use of equipment like therapy balls, resistance bands, and light weights. Whether your child loves to move or is just getting started, the focus is on having fun, feeling good, and moving in ways that work for them.
Participants should be comfortable in a small group, able to follow two-step directions, and able to express their needs in their own way.
