CARRIE SHYNKARYK

Partner, Physiotherapy Lead and Physiotherapist

Carrie has 2 bachelors degrees (Kinesiology and Medical Rehabilitation-Physiotherapy) and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration.  Carrie has been working as a physiotherapist since 2013 and has spent most of her career working with children.    She also enjoys providing mentorship and supporting other physiotherapists that are passionate about working with children. 

Carrie values continuing education, collaborative practice, family and child centred care, evidence-based practice and making therapy fun! 


She is married with two dogs (Maverick and Goose) and enjoys travelling, board games, swimming, camping and biking.

CAMILLA THORNE-TJOMSLAND, OT REG. (MB

Partner, Occupational Therapy Lead and Occupational Therapist

Camilla grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She attended McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, where she completed a Kinesiology degree while playing on the varsity volleyball team. She then returned to Winnipeg to complete her Masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Manitoba. Since then, she has worked in different school divisions, both in Winnipeg and rurally. Along with her husband Nico, Camilla welcomed a baby boy in May of 2019! The whole family enjoys spending time cooking, eating, and spending time outside!

DEANNA GILBART
M.SC., RSLP

Partner, Speech-Language Pathology Lead and Speech Language Pathologist

Deanna grew up in Lockport, Manitoba, where she currently lives with her husband, Ray, and dog, Bailey. Deanna graduated from Minot State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. In 2016, she graduated from Alabama A & M University with a Masters of Science in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She has worked in isolated and rural communities around Manitoba and currently works in schools in Winnipeg. Deanna and her family enjoy being outside, playing and watching all types of sports, and a good movie!
